A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist to provide administration and support for leave of absence services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
Develop and maintain relationships with HR teams, managers, and employees
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations related to leaves of absence
Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leave of absence administration for mid to large size companies
Experience working with various clients, including C-level executives
Strong knowledge of leave-related regulations such as FMLA and ADA / ADAAA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with leave management systems
Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
