Director of FP&A

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A Forecasting and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance monthly forecasting and reporting across revenue and operating expenses

Lead monthly performance reporting, creating executive-ready variance analyses and dashboards

Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate functional plans into financial forecasts and targets

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience

10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting

3+ years of management experience

Deep experience with forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling

Experience in a high-growth or tech environment preferred
