MuleSoft Experience Wireframing experience Integration experience Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Jira project management experience MS Visio or Lucid charts experience (BPMN) Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows) Integration to ICOMS Integration to CSG
