Key Responsibilities
Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, converting demos into paying customers
Manage inbound sales and identify upsell opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and keep CRM data accurate
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales Account Management or Account Executive roles
Experience leading live demo presentations
Experience with SaaS contracts averaging $10K+ per year
Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges
