VP of Engineering | California, Bay Area

Were working with a fast-growing SaaS company solving tech support at scale , making technology more accessible for millions worldwide. Were looking for a VP of Engineering who's ready to drive innovation , shape the future of our platform , and lead a talented, passionate team .

What You'll Do

  • Own our tech vision Align engineering and IT with business strategy to push boundaries and deliver real impact .
  • Collaborate at the highest level Work closely with leadership to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our product roadmap .
  • Lead with innovation Think AI, cloud scalability, and DevOps driving high-impact solutions for today and tomorrow .
  • Shape culture & growth Build a team that's inclusive, agile, and forward-thinking , fostering creativity and continuous improvement .
  • Keep them secure & compliant SOC2, data privacy, security -you'll lead these efforts to keep our platform safe and scalable .
  • Make waves externally – share the tech vision with investors, partners, and the broader industry.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years leading SaaS engineering teams .
  • Deep expertise in SDLC, cloud platforms, AI-driven solutions, and DevOps .
  • A growth mindset you mentor , align teams , and inspire innovation .
  • A proven track record of driving transformation , scaling platforms, and delivering market-changing products .
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance business goals and technical excellence .
  • A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and making tech work for people .
