Director of Corporate Capture
SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Director of Corporate Capture with primary responsibility for developing business leads and winning new business opportunities. As a core member of the Business Development Team, you will drive a disciplined position‑to‑win approach, including early customer engagement, team building, opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, win strategy development and execution, and establishment of competitive advantages critical to winning competitive pursuits within defense markets, particularly within the U.S. Navy.
The position will report to the SEACORP Vice President of Business Development.
Job Summary
Lead the capture of high‑value opportunities within the defense market, focusing on products and technology‑driven solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, execute call plans, gather, assess, and validate customer requirements, identify gaps and emerging requirements. Collaborate with the business development team to identify, qualify, and pursue defense market contracting opportunities aligned with SEACORP’s growth strategy. Regularly assess, prioritize, and refine the business development pipeline to ensure alignment with growth goals, market demands, and strategic initiatives.
