Salary : $30-$35 per visit

Job Description : We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Home Health Aides to join our team for bath visits and home assessments. As a CNA / Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential personal care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes or facilities.

Responsibilities :

• Perform bath visits for patients per care plans
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Conduct safety home assessments to evaluate client needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
