Immediate need for an Ortho / Total joint Physician to join a well established group in Eastern NC. Lets discuss

Currently hiring to meet the demands of the region, the need for additional subspecialists in our market, and expected retirements in the next few years.

Primarily seeking Fellowship Trained Total Joint Specialists.

All full-time physicians exceed the mean benchmark in wRVU production.

Payor Mix : 43% Commercial; 44% Medicare; 6% Medicaid; 4% Workers comp; 1% Self Pay : 2% Other

Overhead 55%

1 : 6 Call Schedule for ED / MD Consult Calls for OE Patients; No Trauma Call, but opportunity may exist to cover call.

There are 80 FTEs with 6.5 PAs. All PAs perform a combination of first assist in surgery and running their own clinic schedule. PAs cover call for practice and inpatients.

Typical schedule of 2 days in clinic, 3 days in surgery or vice versa.

In the most recent 12 months, providers saw 48,393 office visits, saw 8,168 new patients, and performed more than 4, day global surgical cases.
