Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Part-Time / Full-time

Pay : $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

All Connecticut Home Care Services is currently hiring compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support our clients in maintaining their independence and well-being at home. If you're caring, dependable, and want to make a difference in someone’s life, we’d love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities :

Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Support with mobility and the use of assistive devices (manual or electronic)

Provide daily medication reminders

Help with meal preparation and feeding

Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and keeping living areas clean

Offer emotional support and companionship

Accompany clients on errands, appointments, or outings as needed

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

Genuinely caring and compassionate nature

Able to read, follow care plans, and work independently

Must pass a background check

Legally eligible to work in the United States
