We’re looking for a reliable medical assistant to work directly with our healthcare staff and help us provide first-class care to our patients. You’ll assist with examinations and assist with all pre- / post clinical workup and data entry, and assist our providers with patient history and scribe while our providers see patients. Compensation : $20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Speak with the patient about the reason for their visit and record their personal information and medical history to share with the healthcare staff
• Complete the patient’s insurance forms in their records, notating all symptoms, test results, diagnoses, treatment instructions, and prescriptions
• Greet patients, handle telephone calls, schedule appointments, and answer inquiries regarding treatment or prescription refills to make sure each patient has a great experience in our office
• Pre / Post examination workup data and assist with document creation. Communicate with our providers about all documented pre-examination history.
• Scribe while our providers examine patients.
• Assist with the communication of data for our providers to complete medical notes.
• Some On-Call duties.
• Other tasks as needed.
