Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs)

New Mark Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate care for our residents.

We are now hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) who are eager to join a supportive, mission-driven healthcare team.

New grads are welcome!

Shift: 12 hour shifts
Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and record medications/treatments
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
• Educate and support residents and their families
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Document observations and care provided
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse

Requirements:

• GPNs: Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure
