Cnc mill setup operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Mill Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team immediately. salary: $62,400 - $83,200 per year

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Install and adjust fixtures, vices, tooling, and cutting tools (end mills, drills, taps) for 3-5 axis CNC mills.
• Programming & Editing: Load, edit, and adjust CNC programs (G-code) to ensure parts meet specifications.
• First-Article Inspection: Perform initial part inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges) to verify dimensions.
• Production Operation: Run production, monitor machine operations, and make necessary speed/feed adjustments to maintain quality.
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily maintenance on machines, such as changing coolant, removing chips, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain production logs, inspection reports, and job documentation.
