Full-time Pulmonary Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Opening - Norwalk, CT

Norwalk Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, has an excellent opportunity for a full time Pulmonary Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Norwalk, CT. The position Provides medical care for Respiratory / Pulmonary patients under the supervision of a physician and includes seeing patients in the outpatient office, with a Monday-Friday workday schedule with no call responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be a board certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience in Respiratory / Pulmonary. This is an employed position that includes a comprehensive benefits package, as well as allowances for CMEs and Dues. Our employed Medical Group includes 1000+ physicians and advanced practice providers, serving a geographically broad region throughout eastern New York and western Connecticut.

Job Requirements :

• Experience working with hepatobiliary services
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• New York State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
• Federal DEA.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Internal Medicine or Gastroenterology experience preferred
