This practice is part of a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides essential primary care to underserved populations in North Central Massachusetts.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary : $225,000 and up based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus : $30,000 (paid in installments : $10,000 at sign-on, $10,000 at 6 months, $10,000 at 1 year)
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000 (reimbursed)
• Quarterly Quality Incentive Bonus - Up to $5,000

• Retirement Plan - 401(K) with 3% company match, fully vested after 1 year
• NHSC Loan Repayment Program eligibility (may provide up to $75,000 toward student loans)
