Multi-Unit Manager

Location : Oak Lawn / Bishop Arts (Dallas Area)

Salary : $90,000–$100,000, with potential to reach $125,000

A long-standing, beloved local restaurant group is looking for a Multi-Unit Manager to support several neighborhood concepts. This role is perfect for a leader who loves people development, operational excellence, and building strong store-level teams.

What You’ll Do

Oversee multiple restaurant locations and leadership teams

Support GM development and ensure operational consistency

Improve financial performance, cost controls, and staffing

Lead training, onboarding, and culture across units

Work with ownership on long-term strategic goals

Ideal Candidate

3–5+ years multi-unit or DO role experience

Strong coaching, communication, and operations background

Experience with neighborhood or boutique concepts is a plus
