Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the Loss Management Specialist team to achieve service standards and operational excellence

Monitor workflows and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards

Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, resolving escalated member concerns as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Five years of functional experience in collections or similar work experience required

Three years of experience in delinquency collections and handling escalations required

Advanced knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to collections required

Knowledge of all systems applicable to collections required
