Production Control Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Production Control Supervisor to join our growing and stable company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control practices, master & production scheduling, and experience with MRP / ERP systems. You will be responsible for planning and forecasting in a dynamic and heavy industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Engage in process engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma and Kanban methodologies to optimize production processes.
• Manage and control inventory to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Plan and forecast production requirements to meet business objectives.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery of units.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00 / yr.
