Manager of Development Operations

A company is looking for a Manager, Development Research and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive fundraising research to identify potential donors and gather prospect data

Coordinate and oversee Development Operations projects, ensuring alignment with fundraising goals

Support fundraisers by tracking donor interactions and preparing materials for meetings and events

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in nonprofit fundraising, prospect research, or project management

Experience with CRM systems for tracking and reporting purposes

Demonstrated ability to use AI for research and project advancement

Familiarity with donor prospect research practices and relevant privacy laws

Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
