Director, Business Development

Our Embedded Power Team is searching for a Director, Business Development. This person will report to our Sr Director, Sales Operations and will be in charge of identifying and cultivating new customer relationships, driving strategic growth initiatives, and achieving pipeline and bookings targetsboth individually and as part of a team. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of customer strategy, financial metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Establish and grow strategic alliances with key customers to drive long-term business value.
• Analyze customer business strategies, product roadmaps, and expansion plans to align Flex resources for mutual benefit
• Collaborate with Business Development and Finance teams to manage departmental budgets effectively
• Support existing accounts in developing and executing product roadmaps, acting as a central point for delivering Flex's end-to-end solutionsincluding concept development, industrial design, manufacturing, logistics, and reverse logistics
• Advise senior leadership on talent management and acquisition strategies to enhance business capabilities.
