VIDEO TELECONFERENCE (VTC) COORDINATOR

Overview

THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®) is seeking an experienced, VTC Coordinator in support of the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The person in this position will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of daily conferences as well as provide client services support to the Command Group personnel of a 2 –Star Army Reserve Command Headquarters. The VTC Technician must be able to operate a VTC bridge as well as coordinate with vendors for upgrades, maintenance and repairs of the VTC equipment.

**DoD Secret clearance is required

Responsibilities

Manage VTC Schedule

* Schedule Command and Staff meetings, teleconferences and VTC’s effectively

* Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely manner

* Work with senior military staff in a professional manner

* Operate and maintain a VTC Bridge

Qualifications

* Competent in Calendar Management on Outlook and SharePoint

* Competent in Cisco Telepresence, Extron, Polycom and VTC related network equipment,

* DoD Secret clearance is required
