We are seeking a Program / Traffic Manager to join our team! Responsibilities include process compliance, timely approvals, and smooth handoffs between internal and client teams for paid media assets. Logging requests : entering new campaign requests and monitoring progress. Approval coordination : securing approvals at each stage gate : data loader, audience validation, GEO mapping, and creative mapping. Task management : initiating tasks after approvals and ensuring deadlines are communicated and met. Reporting & closure : properly closing out projects. General management ability to produce effective reports and status to communicate progress. Knowledge of Razorfish tools related to methodology, and how to access additional content (e.g. Microsoft Suite). Communication & consulting understanding and ability to create messages (verbal or written) in a professional tone. Ability to articulate the actual intended message or statement. Ability to effectively communicate non-ambiguous events (e.g. status of work). Ability to tailor communication style to internal or external audience. Ability to set and manage workplace expectations with self and others in context of the organization. Ability to implement workplace expectations for oneself. Ability to be prepared to collaborate, deliver value and get one's work done and to expectations. Ability to self-manage career growth, including goal setting and growth conversations. Knowledge of identifying stakeholders, including classifying stakeholders by their power and interest. Knowledge of planning stakeholder management. Knowledge of the escalation hierarchy. Knowledge of stakeholder management processes. Ability to participate in and support the management of stakeholder relationship but does not independently lead it. Ability to (with guidance) develop working relationships with select members of the business stakeholders. Ability to re-negotiate expectations when they are misaligned.
Qualifications : 2-3+ years of experience preferably at an agency. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to capture white boarded or facilitated sections of requirements and document into actionable implementations within Workfront according to the Creative End to End Workflow.

This is the pay range the company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
