    • Responsibilities :

  • Engage directly with potential customers by knocking doors and presenting home improvement solutions.

  • Transition to using provided leads after demonstrating success in direct outreach.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Pay : $72819 $250000 per year (Uncapped Commission Bonuses).
  • Flexibility : Create your schedule with options to work evenings and weekends.
  • Bonuses : Performance-based incentives and opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

    • Requirements :

  • Willingness to knock doors and generate your own leads during training.
  • Strong work ethic confidence and competitive nature.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License preferred but not required.
