Job Overview

The Public Cloud - Product Owner Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function / job family. Required skills and qualifications.

• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Experience of delivering products that leverage cloud services
• Proven software delivery experience, working with development teams to drive iterative / continuous deployments
• Strong technical understanding of software delivery, cloud native services, providers' and tool
• Demonstrable experience in helping to identify, drive, and facilitate external partnerships that accelerate product usage, effectiveness, and deepen customer adoption and overall success.
• Extensive track record leading product and engineering teams
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Curious, problem-solving leadership style, demonstrating
• Able to develop, scale, and continuously cultivate a strong product culture and team, energizing their team members while also holding them accountable to set goals
• Align strategy with product performance metrics (KPIs) that reflect capacity, utilization, efficiency, and uptime.
