Purpose of Position :

The Group Systems and Compliance Specialist will support the Group Systems and Compliance Manager on the development maintenance optimization and administration of the group HRIS and other HR systems as required. This role will also support on HR compliance activities and processes and data analysis and interpretation in line with the Global Data Analytics Strategy and reporting requirements.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the entry and maintenance of employee data while adhering to internal controls and identifying potential for process improvement opportunities.

The role will provide support on HR projects policies and programmes as required to deliver employee engagement operational efficiencies and continued compliance in an ever-changing world.

Essential duties and / or Functions :

Ensuring all employee data is secure accurate up to date consistent with policies and privacy regulations. Carrying out periodic data cleanse and data audits.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in US $55000.00 to $80000.00 / UK 35000.00 to annually . The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job type and years of experience within the industry education etc.
