A company is looking for a Director of Ad Operations to lead and mature the operational engine behind its advertising business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary Ad Ops team while fostering operational rigor and collaboration
Own the ad tech stack and evaluate new partners and technologies for improved delivery and measurement
Drive yield strategy and oversee inventory forecasting to optimize utilization across channels
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with 4+ years in leadership roles within Ad Ops or Ad Tech
Deep expertise in programmatic monetization and yield strategy
Strong understanding of publisher ad tech stacks and related tools
Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
