Job Summary

The Caf Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness. This role supervises associates, manages multiple micro kitchens (pantries) across several buildings, and supports financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members.
• Manage caf and pantry operations, ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety standards.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, special events, and promotions.
• Operate within budget while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze and interpret operational data to develop strategies for cost control and performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
