We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. Essential Functions :

• Wash, peel, trim, cut, and portion produce items per daily prep lists and company guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of prep areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper glove use, handwashing, and equipment cleaning
• Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, OSHA and Food Safety regulations
