The RN or LPN Staff Nurse at Woodcrest Retirement Community plays a vital role in delivering person-centered nursing care by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety, comfort, and independence. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing interventions, assisting physicians during exams, administering medications within scope, and educating residents and families about health conditions and self-care. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership, and the ability to manage a nursing unit during night shifts, making critical decisions to support resident well-being in alignment with Adams Health Network's philosophy, mission, and standards of practice.

Requirements : PRN

Valid RN or LPN License in State of Indiana

BLS / CPR Certification

Senior Living Experience is Preferred
