Key Responsibilities
Develop a role and skills taxonomy for the Business of Healthcare workforce
Analyze trends in job postings, skills demand, and workforce pathways
Produce research briefs and insights reports to guide business decisions
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in workforce analytics, labor economics, or healthcare research
Experience with job titles, skills data, and workforce datasets
Familiarity with external labor datasets like ONET and BLS
Strong conceptual thinking and framework development skills
Deep interest in healthcare roles and workforce development
