As a Service Advisor Apprentice , you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Service Department by assisting customers, moving vehicles on and off the premises, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service process from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Move vehicles to and from designated areas on or off the premises Assist customers in the Service Department, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience Perform vehicle walk-arounds, including driving vehicles over the alignment check machine Provide shuttle rides for customers as needed Answer incoming phone calls and assist with directing calls or answering customer questions Call customers with updates on vehicle service status Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to relay accurate information Maintain a professional appearance and represent Sterling Automotive Group with integrity and courtesy What We’re Looking For A team player who is eager to learn our processes, programs, and business needs Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Must be coachable and maintain a professional demeanor at all times Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience (due to insurance purposes) Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required Schedule :
