[job_card.job_description]3 clinical days and 2 dedicated administrative days each week Typical hours are 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM, with last patient seen by 4 : 15 PM Option for a 4.5-day workweek; no weekend requirements Daily support from 2 MAs and 1 LPN, with additional scribes and dictation tools available Base salary up to $270,000 with an additional incentive program of $24,000 annually 200 hours of PTO, 40 sick hours, and 10 paid holidays per year CME allowance and full reimbursement for licensing, malpractice, and credentialing Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plus 403b / 457 retirement plans with employer match Located in vibrant West Philadelphia with access to universities, culture, and public transportation Family-friendly neighborhoods and excellent private and public schools nearby Affordable urban living with proximity to parks, museums, and dining Access to major airport and regional rail for easy weekend getaways
