Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you will :

  • Provide Client-Centered Therapy : Deliver compassionate therapy services through telehealth or in-person sessions.
  • Manage Your Practice : Enjoy the flexibility of running your own practice while receiving support with insurance credentialing and client referrals.
  • Utilize Innovative Tools : Leverage our AI-powered platform to streamline administrative tasks and enhance the quality of care.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A Master’s Degree or Higher : In counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • State Licensure : Fully licensed to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).

    Pay : $70-$92 per hour, based on provider license type, session location, and session types.

  • Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions. However, we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
