Key Responsibilities
Data entry, job scheduling, and supply orders management
Provide exceptional customer service and manage client feedback
Assist with payroll processing and new employee onboarding
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with office administration duties
Proficient with general office technology and software, including Google Workspace
Prior experience with recruitment and payroll systems
Relevant degree or certification is considered an asset
Understanding of basic accounting is considered an asset
