A highly respected boutique litigation firm is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join their Rocky Hill team. Position Overview

The firm is looking for an attorney with 10+ years of civil litigation experience to manage a broad range of matters from intake through trial. This individual will play a key role in shaping case strategy and contributing to long-term firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and litigate a wide variety of civil cases from pleadings through trial.

Develop case strategies, draft motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in court.

Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, non-hierarchical environment.

Provide exceptional client service through clear communication and strong advocacy.

Qualifications

10+ years of civil litigation experience with significant courtroom exposure.

Strong written and oral advocacy skills with a record of successful outcomes.

Licensed to practice in Connecticut; admission in Massachusetts is a plus.
