Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) - Fargo, ND

Connected Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a top-tier healthcare facility in Fargo, ND . This is a fantastic opportunity for an OT looking to make a difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Description

  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in North Dakota (or eligibility for reciprocity).
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • NBCOT certification required.
  • BLS certification (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.
