A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for Windows / Desktop Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications

Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development, focusing on performance and maintainability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape feature planning and drive accessibility efforts

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML

Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code

Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications

Strong experience with accessibility APIs and a commitment to building inclusive software

Experience leading technical design and mentoring other engineers
