Corporate Controller

KBW Financial has partnered with a Boston area Biotech Company to identify a Corporate Controller. This role will be a key member of the finance leadership team responsible for leading accounting and reporting while shaping processes, systems, and controls for expected growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global accounting function (GL, consolidations, cost accounting, AP, payroll)
• Manage the close and reporting
• Oversee internal controls
• Partner with the CFO and FP&A leadership to support financial activities
• Implement systems and processes to support growth and commercial readiness
• Manage audits
• Manage all technical accounting and GAAP matters
• Ensure best‑in‑class SOX framework development and public company reporting standards
• Serve as the point of contact with private equity sponsors on accounting and financial control matters

Requirements

Compensation : $200k - $250k Base + Bonus + Equity
