Summary:
Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Open mail and sort checks
· Scan and upload checks
· Prepare and deposit checks for over 60 accounts
· Mail checks to clients for deposit
· Data entry and file generation for system upload
· Stop pay and positive pay backup
· Reconciles report discrepancies and problems
· Codes data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures
· Reviews, balances, and interprets computer reports, and makes corrections
· Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services
· Other duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisors and CFO

Education and/or Experience:
High school education and one or two years of office related experience; experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
