Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.
Experience :
Two years of experience preferred. Entry-level acceptable.
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
MAOT - MA OT License
Must possess sight / hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
