A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Portfolio Management, Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a cross-functional portfolio, ensuring consistent governance and operationalization of processes

Design and manage operating rhythms for the leadership team, enhancing communication and organizational effectiveness

Develop metrics and reporting to convert program data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or business operations

Experience implementing or scaling a portfolio operating model in a mid-size or large organization

Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and governance practices

Expertise in Airtable or comparable no-code / low-code workflow tools

Experience managing or coaching teams to foster high performance
