Construction Laborer

Join our team and work on construction projects performing essential general laborer tasks. You will be involved in demolition, loading / unloading, digging, and clean-up to support the daily operations at a construction site. Your contributions will maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment, with a focus on general cleaning tasks. The position requires working from 7am to 3 : 30pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime based on project needs.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, loading / unloading, and digging. Maintain cleanliness and safety on the construction site. Use hand and power tools effectively. Support construction operations with general clean-up tasks. Adhere to safety precautions and guidelines.

Essential Skills

General labor experience in construction. Proficiency with hand and power tools. 3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting. Ability to discuss and follow safety precautions in a construction environment. OSHA 10 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with concrete, carpentry, forklift operation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Familiarity with scissor lifts and scaffolding. Ability to perform construction activities safely. Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting safety rules and instructions. Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret various instructions. Must pass drug screen, physical capacity profile, and E-Verify. Reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
