About the Role :

As part of the Product Development team, the Display Module Engineer will work both independently and within cross-functional teams to support new process and product development as well as continuous product improvement. This hands-on role collaborates closely with global teams across the company—including US R&D, Operations, Taiwan R&D, Quality, and production facilities in China —and serves as a key link between U.S. technology development and mass production in Asia.

Responsibilities

Module Integration for new products (50%)

• Define design rules and integration processes for new module platforms in collaboration with teams in China and Taiwan
• Develop reference designs, support material selection and qualification, and establish process parameters to ensure performance requirements are met
• Act as liaison between U.S. R&D and Asia production teams; lead regular technical meetings
• Travel to Asia up to 30–40% annually

Salary Range Disclosure : The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 not including any variable pay. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other variable pay components. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
