IT Helpdesk Technician Co-op

Monday through Friday (in-office)

$23 / hr, 40 hours per week

Jan 6th - June 2026

The IT team at EF is responsible for delivering world class support services across EF's North American entities and its affiliates. The Help Desk Technician Co-op will be a part of our North American IT organization and will work as part of our Boston IT team. Specifically, you will :

• Respond to user inquiries
• Diagnose and resolve hardware / software issues
• Perform remote troubleshooting
• Install software
• Escalate complex problems to higher support levels
• Maintaining ticket logs
• Guiding users through solutions
• Assist in large-scale projects
• Ensuring proper documentation for future reference
• Other, as needed
