Brand Awareness and Positioning : Establish and enhance their brand presence in the cardiac imaging and AI sectors.Develop and execute PR strategies to generate media coverage and thought leadership.Overhaul existing market positioning to better reflect the company’s innovative offerings.Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and SEM. Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and materials.Provide insights and training to the sales team to improve their understanding of the market and product positioning.Develop and refine messaging that resonates with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Provide insights to inform product development and business strategy. Digital Advertising and Lead Generation : Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.Leverage organic efforts, conference presence, PR, and directed outreach via email campaigns to generate leads during the initial commercialization phase.Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing. Leadership and Collaboration : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the company grows, initially through contractors and later full-time employees.Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department and across the organization.Act as a strategic thought partner with the CEO and Head of Sales, providing input on overall business strategy and direction. Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the cardiac imaging, medical imaging, or AI healthcare industry. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a track record of navigating ambiguity and driving market entry strategies. Experience in downstream marketing, with a focus on demand generation, lead generation, and sales enablement. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels. Experience with CRM systems and other marketing technology tools. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in the cardiac imaging field. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reimbursement landscape in the healthcare industry.
