A company is looking for a Customer Experience System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and configure customer-facing and operational platforms, managing user permissions and integrations
Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Create dashboards and reports to ensure accurate data management and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-5 years of experience administering Gainsight products or similar platforms
Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs
Experience with automation, workflow design, and process mapping
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred
