Provide technical guidance and mentor team members in offensive security skills
Oversee the planning and execution of offensive security projects and investigations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product security posture
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in security research, red teaming, or penetration testing
Experience in exploit development and cybersecurity principles
Familiarity with CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, and CWE
Proven ability to lead teams and communicate findings effectively
Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
