Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead

o You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be walking job sites, checking for quality control, and making sure equipment is maintained.

o The team looks to you to keep things organized. You’ll help structure the routes, manage the employee schedules, and keep the crew members organized and on task.

o The team looks to you for support. You find solutions for issues that come up among the staff. And you make sure that team members have the training they need.

o You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.50 to $19.50 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional as well as in leading a team. You'll receive a direct deposit to you bank every two weeks, enjoy paid vacation and paid holiday's. You will also experience our appreciation of you through various efforts, large and small, throughout the year.
