About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Driver Operations Manager to oversee our independent contractor and flex driver network across multiple regions. This role is designed for someone who can enhance day-to-day delivery performance while also building scalable processes that support the company’s rapid growth. The successful candidate will lead initiatives focused on driver engagement, operational efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision making, ensuring our driver community is equipped to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Driver Network Management : Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of independent contractor & flex drivers across multiple regions.
• Operational Efficiency : Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs and monitor driver performance metrics to ensure compliance with service standards.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to legal and company standards for independent contractors, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
• Driver Engagement : Foster a positive relationship with the driver community through regular communication, feedback sessions, and support initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Central Ops, Customer Service, and Legal teams to align driver operations with overall company objectives.
• Technology Utilization : Leverage delivery management systems and data analytics tools to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
