A company is looking for a Payment Processing Specialist to support high-value merchant clients in payment-related onboarding and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for complex merchants, managing payment onboarding and providing escalated support
Analyze transaction behavior and merchant reports to identify trends and potential risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex processing issues and document product defects
Required Qualifications
College or university degree preferred
2-4+ years of experience in merchant processing or financial services support
Hands-on experience with complex merchants or multi-entity accounts
Strong understanding of card processing fundamentals
Experience with payment processing platforms such as Stripe or ProPay is an asset
