Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented Android Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience to join our high-performing team focused on developing and maintaining a high-impact mobile application. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in both Java and Kotlin, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, design, code, and debug Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
  • Analyze, test, and integrate new software features and functionalities.
  • Develop native Android applications emphasizing performance, responsiveness, and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Skills :

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in Android application development.
  • Proficient in Java and Kotlin (both required).
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and Android Studio.
  • Solid understanding of Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming.
  • Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience or familiarity with major video streaming platforms such as Hulu, Max, or Peacock.
  • Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture patterns (MVVM / MVP).

    • Certifications :

    Google Associate Android Developer (AAD) Certification (Preferred).

    Education :

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
